Men Have To Embrace Their Feminine Side
Men are not weak. They’re strong and powerful, but they’ve been raised to believe that the only way to be a man is to act like one. This masculinity culture has resulted in a number of problems for men, including low self-esteem, anger issues and even suicide attempts. But these issues can be overcome if we embrace our feminine side as well—and let go of outdated notions about what it means to be masculine
The concept of balance between the two halves of our psyche.
We all have an inner feminine and masculine side. If you’re a man, your anima is the part of your psyche that connects to nature and intuition. Your animus is the part that deals with logic, rationality and logic.
The concept of balance between these two halves is essential for men to embrace their feminine side in order to feel more connected to their womanhood or woman energy within them (the anima). This can be done through meditation or journaling where we write down what’s going on inside our heads so that we can see what patterns are emerging from our thoughts/emotions etc., which will help us understand how these feelings arise from within us rather than external factors like people around us telling us what we should do!
Jung’s concept of anima and animus.
Jung’s concept of anima and animus is a key concept for understanding the way men feel about their masculinity. The masculine part of a woman’s psyche is called animus, while the feminine part is called anima. Jung believed that both men and women have both anima and animus in their psyches—and they are in conflict with each other at times.
Animus is often associated with aggression, anger, assertiveness and competitiveness; these traits can be seen as masculine qualities that make up who we are as men (or women). On the other hand, anima embodies femininity: vulnerability, creativity and empathy are some examples of what makes us feel like we’re more than just our strength or skill set according to how others see us based on stereotypes about gender roles from society today!
The challenge comes when you try to act out your inner strengths without also acknowledging your weaknesses which come out through behaviour patterns such as overcompensation for perceived failures due perhaps only partly due,” said Peter Cohan Phd., author “Manly Psychology.”
Movement toward wholeness and well-being is blocked by the battle between the masculine and feminine energies within us.
You can’t achieve wholeness and well-being until you embrace your feminine side.
Embracing your feminine side means that you are able to accept yourself, love yourself, and take care of yourself. You also know what it feels like when someone is acting on their needs and wants in ways that support you instead of hurting or abusing them. When we fully embrace our femininity, we become more balanced in our lives as a whole—both physically and emotionally.
Integration of both energies within each man could bring the world closer to a state of equality.
Men need to embrace their feminine side, in order to become more whole, happier, healthier human beings.

There are powerful emotional and behavioral ramifications of this battle.
You may be wondering: how can I get out of this battle? How do I stop fighting myself and embrace my feminine side?
The answer is simple: you have to learn to love yourself. There are powerful emotional and behavioral ramifications of this battle. If men don’t learn how to love themselves, they will never be able to fully embrace their feminine side or even accept women as equals in society. This means that violence against women will continue until we stop treating them like objects instead of humans with feelings and emotions just like us!
The old ways of masculinity need to die so that men can be more whole, happier, healthier human beings.
The old ways of masculinity need to die so that men can be more whole, happier, healthier human beings.
The old ways of masculinity are toxic and not good for anyone. Men who embrace their feminine side will be happier, healthier and less likely to abuse power or commit violent crimes against others. Women will have more options available for partners who truly respect them as equal humans with the same goals in life — which makes society better off as well!
Conclusion
I think it’s time for men to embrace their feminine side. We need more men who are in touch with their feelings and are able to express them without fear of being labeled as weak or feminine. Men need to be encouraged to embrace the parts of themselves that make them unique, so that they can become whole people who are happier, healthier human beings.
